The Pro Xp range of electrostatic spray guns is renowned for its high transfer efficiency when spraying standard, specialty or waterborne coatings. The manual 40, 60 and 85 kV electrostatic spray guns are available with air spray or air assisted technology. The soft spray air nozzle and nozzles are ideal for small and lightweight parts that require a finish with minimal paint flow. The aviation air nozzle is designed with a high paint flow rate to quickly cover large areas with the thinnest finish. External electrically charged waterborne guns electrically charge the waterborne material at the spray gun nozzle - no need for electrostatic isolation system equipment. Constant fluid flow guns are used to extend component life when applying metallic and highly abrasive materials. The HVLP (High Volume Low Pressure) air nozzle is labeled according to environmental standards. The high airflow model allows painters to feel safer working from a distance and in large, complex areas.
